You can find your tracking number in the shipping confirmation email we sent you after your order was dispatched. If you can’t locate it, please check your spam or promotions folder.
Don’t worry! Tracking numbers usually become active within 24–72 hours after shipping. Please try again later. If it’s still not updating, contact us and we’ll assist you right away.
This means your order has been processed and a shipping label has been generated. It’s waiting to be picked up by the carrier. Updates will appear once it’s scanned at the sorting facility.
During international transit or customs inspection, tracking updates can pause for a few days. This is normal and your package is still on its way. Updates will resume once it reaches the next hub.
Most U.S. orders arrive within 7–15 business days after shipping. For other regions, delivery times may vary depending on customs and local carriers.
Please check with family members, neighbors, or your local post office. Sometimes carriers mark a package as delivered a few hours early. If you still can’t locate it after 48 hours, contact us immediately.
